Van medio augustus tot en met medio december wordt het volledig gemeubileerd verhuurd. Het appartement bevindt zich op de tweede verdieping van een gemoderniseerd herenhuis. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Uiteraard zijn ook de wasmachine en alle voorzieningen zoals gas, water, licht en wifi inbegrepen. Ook is er een tweedelige inductiekookplaat aanwezig. Deze is alleen wat lastig te zien op de foto’s, omdat hij volledig zwart is en daardoor een beetje wegvalt in het keukenblad. De badkamer wordt gedeeld, maar de wc en douche zijn apart van elkaar. De huurprijs bedraagt €1050 per maand all-in. Ik laat mijn meubels en spullen met veel zorg achter en zoek iemand die er net zo netjes mee omgaat en er een fijne plek van maakt 😊 Lijkt het je een fijn plekje om vijf maanden te wonen? The apartment is located on the second floor of a modernized townhouse. The apartment comes with all conveniences, including a washing machine and all utilities (gas, water, electricity, and wifi). There is also a two-burner induction cooktop available, although it is a bit difficult to see in the pictures because it is fully black and blends into the countertop. The bathroom is shared, while the toilet and shower are separate. The rent is €1050 per month, all-inclusive.
