# myHospi

> myHospi is the leading platform for student housing in the Netherlands. We bring together hospita rooms (rooms in shared student houses) from 13+ cities across the Netherlands, helping students find their ideal room and helping houses find their ideal housemate. The platform is free for both students and houses.

## How It Works

myHospi connects students searching for rooms with student houses that have a vacancy. Students browse available rooms by city, price, and surface area, then send their profile to houses they're interested in. Houses review profiles, invite candidates to a "hospiteer evening" (meet-and-greet), and choose their new housemate. This is called "hospiteren" — a uniquely Dutch tradition for student housing.
