🪩🌟 Girls only in an International student house (all girls welcome) 🌟🪩 Hey hey guys! As four of our beloved roommates are moving out (some temporary and some completely), we will have four rooms available in our nice house which is located in Kraneweg, right by the city centre and the jumbo at a 4 min walk. We're six girls (20-24) that hang out spontaneously, we like to have dinner together, watch movies, go for coffee/drinks or go clubbing ! We're looking for four girls to take over the rooms. Room 1 is 18m2, the price is 636,91€ inclusive and it will be available from 1st of August till Januari 1st Room 2 is 10.1m2, the price is 535,63€ inclusive and it will be available from 1st of July for an indefinite time Room 3 is 9.33m2, the price is 525,21€ inclusive and it will be available from 1st of July until 31st of January. Room 4 is 6.9m2, the price is 493,88€ inclusive and it will be available from 1st of July until 31st of January. Some of the furniture needs to be taken over. Together we share two bathrooms, a kitchen, the common room and the fine-a** roof terrace where we can enjoy drinks in the sun. We also have a dishwasher and washing machine in the house. We're looking for someone chill, clean and outgoing to join our vibe!
