Hey hallo Huis Vinkietown zoekt een nieuwe huisgenoot van 1 oktober 2026 tot 31 augustus 2027 met mogelijkheid op verlenging. Het gaat om een ongemeubileerde kamer van 12 m2, op de 2e verdieping. De huur betreft EUR 450,- inclusief. De kamer is gelegen in Vinkhuizen, vlakbij de Zernike campus. Winkelcentrum met diverse supermarkten en winkels ligt op 3 minuten fietsen. De stad ligt op 12 minuten fietsen. Naast de kamer deel je de grote gemeenschappelijke woonkeuken, badkamer, toilet en heerlijke tuin. Je deelt dit met ons; Pia (24, Duits) die een master in Economic Geography doet en Luna (26, Nederlands) die werkzaam is in de media. Wij zoeken iemand die ook in de eindfase zit van haar studie of werkt. We hebben geen verplichtingen in huis, maar vinden het wel leuk om af en toe samen wat te doen! Zo eten we regelmatig samen of doen we spontaan leuke dingen. Het huis heeft een tuin, wasmachine, droger en vaatwasser. Heb je interesse om in Huis Vinkietown te komen wonen? Pia en Luna ENGLISH Hi there! Vinkietown House is looking for a new flatmate from 1 October 2026 to 31 August 2027, with the possibility of an extension. The room is unfurnished, measures 12 m², and is on the 2nd floor. The rent is EUR 450, all inclusive. The room is situated in Vinkhuizen, close to the Zernike campus. A shopping centre with various supermarkets and shops is a 3-minute cycle away. The city centre is a 12-minute cycle away. As well as the room, you’ll share the large communal kitchen-diner, bathroom, toilet and lovely garden. You’ll be sharing this with us: Pia (24, German), who is studying for a Master’s in Economic Geography, and Luna (26, Dutch), who works in the media. We’re looking for someone who is also in the final stages of their studies or is working. We don’t have any set rules in the house, but we do enjoy doing things together every now and then! For example, we regularly eat together or organise spontaneous fun activities. The house has a garden, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a dishwasher.
