Hello female roomseekers! I’m looking for a lovely new female flatmate to join me in a cozy house in Zuilen. The home is split into two floors, and the entire upper floor would be yours—complete with your own bathroom, a bright living room, and a sunny roof terrace. Since the neighboring houses are low, the space gets beautiful daylight all day long! You’d be sharing the house with me on the ground floor, where you’ll also find the kitchen and a small garden to enjoy. The neighborhood is peaceful, close to the city center, and just a short walk from the Utrechtse Vecht and Julianapark. Rent would be 1135€ and includes everything! A little about me: I’m a landscape architect from Germany, passionate about nature, the outdoors, and a good book. I like to stay active during the week and enjoy a calm, comfortable home. I’m hoping to find someone who also works, appreciates a quieter lifestyle, and enjoys the occasional shared dinner or chat. Internationals are very welcome!
