Huize Zuyderparck zoekt per direct een nieuwe huisgenoot !! 🏡💙 onderhuur met kans op doorschuif Wij zijn een groot en actief gemengd Albertus huis (22 huisgenoten totaal) met elke dinsdag huisavond. Daarnaast organiseren we jaarlijks activiteiten zoals kerstdiner, huisweekend en OHD. Ons huis ligt op 500 meter lopen van de stad, dus daar eindigen we regelmatig na huisavond. Daarnaast hebben we 2 GKs waar altijd wel iemand te vinden is. Als klap op de vuurpijl hebben we ook nog een tuin, waar in de zomer een zwembad staat & regelmatig gebarbecued en gechilld wordt! Additionally, we organize annual activities such as a Christmas dinner, house weekend, and OHD. Our house is located a 500-meter walk from the city, so we regularly end up there after house nights. We also have 2 common rooms where you can always find someone. To top it all off, we also have a garden, which features a swimming pool in the summer & is regularly used for barbecuing and chilling! The room is 18 m², has its own sink and fridge, and costs 580 euros per month incl. utilities.
