As one of our beloved roommate is going abroad we will have a room for subrent available in our nice house which is located in Kraneweg, right by the city centre, with a pizzeria perfectly situated across the road and the jumbo at a 4 min walk. We're six girls (20-24) that hang out spontaneously, we like to have housenight and watch movies, go for coffee/drinks or go clubbing ! We're looking for an international girl to take over the room. Room 1 is 18m2, the price is 636,91€ inclusive and it will be available from 1st of August till January 10th. The furniture will be left there. Together we share two bathrooms, a kitchen, the common room and the fine-a** roof terrace where we can enjoy drinks in the sun. We also have a dishwasher and washing machine in the house.
