Het gaat om een fijne kamer van ongeveer 27m2 met veel natuurlijk boven licht. De kamer heeft een ruime eigen keuken en je deelt de badkamer en wc met twee huisgenoten. Het huis is in de schildersbuurt dus dichtbij de stad en alle voorzieningen. Jumbo en Albert Heijn zijn beide ong 3 min fietsen en het centrum 5 minuten. De huur is €650pm exclusief met nog ongeveer €100pm erbij voor gwl, wasmachine en internet. De kamer is volledig gemeubileerd dus ook met servies ed. The rent is €650/month excluding utilities, with an additional €100/month for gas/water/electricity, use of the washing machine, and internet.
