Lieve kamerzoekenden (23+) English follows dutch In ons fijne thuis op de Eerste Walstraat in het centrum komen twee kamers vrij per 1 juli 2026. De eerste kamer is +/- 16m2 en kost 530 euro per maand. Deze kamer zal voor onderhuur zijn voor een half jaar, met kans op vast! De tweede kamer is +/- 14m2 en kost 510 euro per maand en komt permanent vrij. We delen (met z’n 4en) de woonkeuken, wc, badkamer en niet te vergeten: een dakterras waar je in de lente en zomer kunt genieten van de ochtendzon met een kopje koffie of een goed boek. We hechten waarde aan een huis waar iedereen zich op zijn gemak voelt en vinden het belangrijk om te weten wat er in elkaars leven speelt. En hoewel we allemaal ons eigen drukke leven hebben in Nijmegen, vinden we het fijn om momenten samen te delen—of dat nu een goed gesprek is, lekker eten of chillen op het dakterras. The first room is +/- 16 m2 and costs 530 euros per month inclusive. It will be sublet for half a year, with chance of permanent! The second room is +/- 14m2 and costs 510 per month inclusive. And this room will be permanent! We share (with 4) the living-kitchen, toilet, bathroom and not to forget: an amazing roof terrace where you can enjoy the morning sun in spring and summer with a coffee or a good book. We value a home where everyone feels comfortable and where we know what’s going on in each other’s lives. While we all have our own lives in Nijmegen, we love sharing moments together—whether it’s a good conversation, a home-cooked meal, or just relaxing on the terrace. Does this match with you?
