Beschikbaar per 1 juli Huisgenoot gezocht eind master/werkend (onbepaalde tijd) (internationals are welcome) Beste kamerzoekende, Per 1 juli komt er een kamer vrij in ons pittoreske huis aan de Bergselaan in Rotterdam-Noord. Je komt te wonen met Roel (27) en Mélanie (26). We zijn allebei al aan het werk en zoeken daarom ook iemand die eind studie/werkend is. Roel werkt als Creative Producer en Mélanie als Graphic Designer. Mélanie komt zelf uit Frankrijk dus internationals zijn ook meer dan welkom. We vinden het leuk om samen dingen te ondernemen; samen koken, naar concerten gaan of gezellig in de buurt een koffietje drinken. Dan nu de kamer; het gaat om een kamer van 8m2. Verder kan er ook altijd in de woonkamer gewerkt of gechilled worden. De prijs voor de kamer is 566 excl g/w/l. You will be living with Roel (27) and Mélanie (26). We both work full-time and are therefore looking for someone who is either finishing their studies (preferably at the end of a Master's degree) or already working. Roel works as a Creative Producer and Mélanie as a Graphic Designer. Mélanie is originally from France, so internationals are more than welcome. We enjoy spending time together and occasionally doing things as housemates, such as cooking together, going to concerts, or grabbing a coffee in the neighborhood. Now about the room: it is approximately 8 m². In addition, you're always welcome to work or relax in the living room. The rent is €566 per month, excluding utilities (gas, water, electricity, and internet). The house itself is spacious, with a large living room, a kitchen with an oven, and a bathroom with a bathtub.
