Vrouwelijke onderhuurder gezocht Female/ Dutch or International For English scroll down:) Hee lieve kamerzoekende meiden (19-25), Vanaf augustus/ begin september tot en met eind december/begin januari (specifieke data in overleg) komt er een kamer vrij (geen inschrijving mogelijk) voor onderhuur in ons huis in Blijdorp. De huurprijs is €675.77 exclusief. In totaal wonen we met z’n 4en, we naderen allemaal het einde van onze bachelor. Ons huis ligt recht tegenover het vroesenpark in Blijdorp, en is dus ook maar 200m van het metrostation verwijderd! Daarnaast ben je met de fiets binnen 5 minuten op Rotterdam cs. We houden erg van gezelligheid in huis, en hebben dan ook 1x in de week huis eten. Daarbuiten ondernemen we ook andere dingen samen, zoals festivals, terassen, of hebben we een gezellige avond op de bank. Het appartement is van alles voorzien, en heeft een grote gezellige woonkamer, een badkamer + los toilet, wasmachine, vaatwasser, en 2 balkons (dus je kan altijd lekker in de zon zitten!). The rent is €675,77 excluding utilities. In total we live with four people, and we are all approaching the end of our bachelors. Our house is right across from Vroesenpark in Blijdorp, only 200 meters from the metro station! Plus, you can bike to Rotterdam Central Station in just 5 minutes. We really enjoy having a cozy and social atmosphere at home, and we also have a weekly house dinner. Besides that, we like doing other things together, such as going to festivals, having drinks on a terrace, or just having a chill evening on the couch. The apartment has everything you need, including a big, cozy living room, a bathroom + separate toilet, a washing machine, dishwasher, and two balconies (so you can always sit in the sun!).
