Dinsdagavond 28 april: HOSPI-AVOND! --- Onderhuur (gemeubileerd), 3 maanden --- Vrouwelijk huisgenootje gezocht (23+) Kamer ca. 30 m² + Eigen Badkamer ca. 12 m² Periode: vanaf 17 mei 2026 (ong. 3 maanden) Huur: ong. €600,- incl. + Dakterras [English below] Hi there ! 🌿 Vanaf half mei gaat een van ons aan de wandel voor een paar maanden, dus komt haar kamer voor 3 maanden vrij in Villa Zeist – het penthouse, op de bovenste verdieping met eigen badkamer (incl. bad, douche, wc, 2 wastafels). Je vindt alles wat je nodig hebt in de buurt: supermarkt, bushalte, winkels, sportmogelijkheden en een groen bos om de hoek! En natuurlijk héééle leuke huisgenootjes (7) die werken of studeren. We zijn een gezellig thuis waar iedereen z’n eigen ding doet, maar ook in is voor een (warm) drankje, spelletje, thema-avond of spontaan dansje. De kamer is ca. 42 m² (incl. badkamer), volledig gemeubileerd, en helemaal zen met heel wat planten 🌱 voor €600,- per maand (incl. G/W/L). Er zijn 2 keukens, een wasmachine, een schuur en een chill dakterras. Je hebt ook een fiets tot je beschikking. Graag alleen reageren als je hier vanaf 17 mei 3 maanden wilt wonen – inschrijven op het adres is helaas niet mogelijk. Zie jij jezelf hier al wonen? Starting from 17-May, one of our housemates will be abroad for 3 months, which means there's a temporary room available in Villa Zeist: the top floor – think penthouse/tree house vibes with your own luxurious bathroom (with a tub, shower, toilet, double sinks!). Everything you need is close by: supermarket, bus stop, shops, sports facilities, natural surroundings, etc. And you'll be living with really awesome working/studying female housemates! We're a cozy and clean home where everyone does their own thing, but we often drop by each other's rooms and are up for a (warm) drink, games, movie nights, and dancing. The room is approx. 42 sqm including the bathroom, it's fully furnished, and the cost is about €600 per month (including utilities). Our villa has 2 kitchens (upstairs and downstairs), a washing machine, a storage shed, and a cozy rooftop terrace! There's also a bike you can use to get around (like a real Dutchie).
